Local (Vancouver Island)
Regular Rate $1,325 (includes GST) after April 15, 2017
Early Bird $1,210 (includes GST) until April 15, 2017

Visiting (Continental North America – transit by air or ship is required to attend)
Regular Rate $1,150 (includes GST) after April 15, 2017
Early Bird $1,000 (includes GST) until April 15, 2017

International (Outside Continental North America)
Registration fees are waived for international teams.

Junior Teams 50% discount on the rate at the time of registration.

Fee Payment Deadline Dates

  • Early Bird payments must be made before April 15, 2017.  Regular payments must be made by July 15, 2017.

Festival Cancellation/Refund Policy

There will be 15% administrative fee for all withdrawals. The final date to withdraw a team from the festival is July 15, 2017. There will be no refunds of any type after this date, including if the festival is cancelled due to safety reasons.


Instructions:

  1. CLICK HERE to proceed to the Fairway Gorge Paddling Club registration system, and follow the step by step instructions.
  2. You will asked to provide your crew’s roster, providing first name, last name, birth date, and email address.
  3. Please enter accurate information — if you do not have all the information for any specific team member do not enter anything for that person at the time of registration. You will have access to add to or update your roster up until one week before the event.
